About Me
About Me
I am a UKCP-registered psychotherapist with over 15 years’ experience in clinical and leadership roles across a range of settings. Before establishing Temenos, I worked as Clinical Manager within Her Majesty’s Prison Service, overseeing therapeutic interventions in a forensic therapeutic community; as Team Leader for Kids Company, developing therapy services within schools; and later as a Senior Psychotherapist in NHS/CAMHS, supporting young people and families through complex emotional and relational difficulties.
These experiences have taught me how profoundly people can change when they are met with genuine curiosity, safety, and respect. My approach remains integrative and relational, informed by psychodynamic and depth-psychology traditions, attachment theory, and contemporary trauma research.
About Temenos
Temenos means “sacred space” — a place set apart for reflection and transformation. I founded Temenos to provide a grounded, ethical base for my private practice and to create a container from which other forms of therapeutic work can evolve: retreats, teaching, supervision, and community-based projects.
The vision behind Temenos is to offer psychotherapy that honours both psychological depth and everyday life — helping people not only to understand themselves more fully, but to live with greater vitality, purpose, and connection.
